- Submit your Team Roster (Player Numbers, Sizes & Names) & 50% Deposit
- Receive your Order Confirmation
- Receive your fully Custom Team Uniforms (5-7 Working Days)
PRIVACY POLICY:
ORDERING INFORMATION: In order to avoid placing an order issue, please be sure to add require product into cart, and fill the exact quantity, and exact Billing and Shipping Address. All product prices are in F.O.B. Customs brokerage fees and duty, if applicable, become the responsibility of the customer. Customer takes legal possession as soon as merchandise is delivered to a common carrier.
SHIPPING & HANDELING:
We have the Fastest Shipping! And we ship all over the world! We will ship your order by DHL ASAP and issue a DHL Tracking number by Email or you can also see a tracking number in your account order history! Your order will be delivered at your home door safely and easily.

Q1: Where do you ship?
We ship all over the world except Israel.
Q2: How do I place an order?
2 ways:
1. Select from our array of design layouts and contact one of our sales representatives to make the proper adjustments to turn the design of your choice into your customer team uniform.
2. Select an existing uniform you really like (Collegiate, NBA, NFL, etc…) and our graphic department will put together a proof/mock-up of that exact design in your team colors, team name, etc…

Q4: What is the minimum order quantity?
One…we do not have any minimum orders.
Q5: How soon will it take for my order to be processed?
Ballgo Sportswear Wear can turn orders around from start to finish in between 1-2 weeks. A turnaround time is determined by the type of uniform, the uniform embellishment option, on/off peak times, etc…

Q7: How can I pay for my order?
We accept Bank Transfer, Western Union, Money Gram, PayPal etc.
Q8: Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% deposit is acquired upon submitting your team order. The other 50% is due right before the Item are scheduled to ship.
Q9: What is your return policy?
All Items are fully custom so there are no returns or refunds. However, if a situation or defect is discovered we will replace the Product piece at no charge.
